Return, Refund & Exchange Policy


At Ahika, we always look forward to providing complete satisfaction to our customers with the best available products, price and service.

Our return and exchange policy give you an option to return or exchange items purchased on for any reason within 7 days.


  • We will be able to accept requests for order modification or cancellation only before your order is shipped.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders after the shipment is dispatched for delivery.
  • Never send back any item without consulting with us. It's very important that you had verified with our customer care executive on +91-9265844264 for returning the ordered products. If products returned without verification then no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.



In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at, within 24 hours of receipt of the product.

If the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency.

In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery.

The customer should also lodge a proper complaint with the local office of the courier agency, so that our team at may inspect the same, so as to avoid such occurrences in the future.

Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the regarding the same.

The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery.

Please Note that Our team at will examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.

In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to the customer, then shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, at the cost of the customer. In the rare circumstances when the original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations/modifications, may use plain fabric of the same colour.

All defective products being returned to shall be done only through registered airmail/courier.

All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to India over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.

All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to the customer, shall have to be sent back to within 10 working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from

Safe receipt of the defective product by is the sole responsibility of the customer.

While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.

There are two ways to return the product to us:

  1. Free Pick up: We offer a free pick up service for almost all location. You will need to inform our customer care for return pick up. They will schedule a pickup for your return order.
  2. Self-Ship: For some location, we are unable to offer a return order pick up service at your location. In such cases, shipping charges are applied to customers. Also, customer will have to share the tracking slip to our customer care executive.



  1. Remember! At any point in time, the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
  2. Refund will only be processed for a part of orders that cannot be fulfilled by us / if we are unable to fulfil our obligations.
  3. Shipping Charges and Cash on the Delivery charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges. Also 2% bank charges are not refunded.
  4. Once we receive the return shipment, we will transfer the respected amount within 4-6 business days to the customer's bank account.
  5. No refund for custom duties, bank deductions, shipping cost and taxes, if applicable.



  1. For a manufacturing defect, we will replace the new product with the same design.
  2. Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of representative regarding the same.
  3. For exchange, return courier charges will be borne by the Customer.
  4. All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to the customer, shall have to be sent back to registered address.
